Hi again,
I have a customer come in with her 1999 Tercel CE 4 door 1.5L for some repairs, I cannot see where they list it in the manager invoice screen, nor in the repair section, as well as it does not list it in the cross reference. The production date on this car is 5/99. Am I having a really 'dumb' moment and not seeing it?
Thanks,
Lori
p.s. I am in Canada

Production of US models stoped in 1998, might have to use that info, unless product support can locate it for you.
Working hard to prove the Green Team can do it with the best of 'em.

You are awesome, thank you.
I learned something new today (as well as informed the boss)
It would be kind of nice sometimes, when you look up a vehicle that something like this comes up as a pop up or a message stating such information. , or a note stating to 'use ??' whatever the comparable vehicle is.
Being a Canadian I run into alot of Canadian only models, which can get frustrating when you are looking for something quick especially when doing an estimate and your customer is standing there waiting for you.
I'm sure we all have wonderful ideas how to have Mitchell cater to each individuals needs, and realize that this is something that is not easily done.
Having these kind of forums is a life saver... and again thank you...
