PO121 and 122 are throttle position codes. It's possible that the installer tapped into or damaged the wiring between the pedal sensors and the throttle actuator. Use your scan tool to monitor the postion sensors and check the installer connections. This is likely why the vehicle won't accelerate. With position faults like these the computer limits throttle actuation.

PO452 is low voltage for the tank pressure sensor. Use your scanner to check this voltage first. Under .45 volts will set this code. This could be a shorted sensor or again damaged wiring.

Obviously it would benefit you to look at the install first and eliminate any connections that look improper. Sometimes taking the whole thing out and starting fresh is in order when it's hacked real bad. I've seen some doosies (sp).

I agree with Ric. Take out the remote and secure all the splices and cuts and see what happens. Sometimes the great little scotch locks really mess up and throw things out of whack.

Towed the car to the local not so friendly Toyota dealer after checking ftps and tps. they claimed to have changed the pcm. All the customer knew was that it was free.

Thanks for posting the repair. Something tells me that the pcm was shorted.
