Group,
I have been having this issue since my update to version 7.5.0.0
Go into inventory by clicking icon on top of screen.
Type in part number (have tried multiple part numbers)
Hit the search button (magnifying glass)
Substitute part box opens
Click "select part" button
I then get this warning -
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately. The value for column "location" in table "PartLite" is DBNull."
This issue is happening at all work stations including the host. The error happens every time, it is not occasional.
Any suggestions?

Re: Inventory check causes unhandled exception
My suggestion is to wait for a fix.
I documented this about 3 weeks ago and it's recorded with the developers. A fix will be issued in one of the updates I'm told.

Good to gear it's already been reported. I took a quick look but didn't see it.ricmorin wrote:My suggestion is to wait for a fix.

I've seen the fix for this and it does work. Roll out to be announced; likely bundled with some others.
