I responded that day that it would not even decode in the wild and to double-check it. Apologies the response was not saved at that time.

I was able to decode on the NHTSA site but not in ShopKey Management.

So I see. I'll make NHTSA the next stop after confirming we can't decode a VIN. When I copy it into Google (the wild), there are usually a half dozen results. Below is all I got back, which made it seem invalid:
