VIN WONT DECODE

2T3A1RFV6RW428026 does not decode and no manual option for a rav. running 8.5.3.1226
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.
