Cannot connect via web browser

Cannot connect via web browser

When clicking the Repair Info button on SE we are getting the following error message:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

Browser and SE are up to date. We have restarted both items and that did not work. Browser is Microsoft Edge. Any help would be appreciated.
