FORUM LINK NOT WORKING (Fixed)

Post by dtsservice »

Hello,

When we click on the Forum tab on Teamworks, it usually opens a webpage and brings us to the forum. For the last couple days its bringing us to Mitchell1 website with a Not Found, error 404 message.
I had to google search Mitchell Forum to get to it. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks

Thanks again for reporting!

We recently migrated our entire Marketing site, and this re-direct appears to have been lost in process. I've notified them and expect it should get cleaned up by sometime next week.

*Update* This has been restored.

The Forum link had not been working for me for several weeks but in the last couple of days it is working fine again. Finally. Not aware that I did anything to make it work but I got the same message as posted prior to mine.

Some website changes were made recently and this was some of the fallout. I believe we're squared away now.
