UPGRADED! Says not activated?

I was on phone with tech support downloading Mitchell Se to new comp for 2 hours last night after we were done and I moved new comp to location set everything up and went to new it now says no activation and will not pull up anything in the window when I go to activate. Can anyone please help to see if I have something blocking it from me being able to see my info to activate? I did this on a Friday so that I could be ready for Monday and it bit me anyways. Thank you in advance.

Sorry you are having difficulty- I was ill on Saturday and not monitoring the forum.

Since it could be one of multiple causes, please call tech support if you haven't already.
