Our manager will not open this morning. I call the 1-888 # it is always busy. I have called the Sandiego # and been on hold for approx.: 10 min a time and it hangs up on me. Ideas?

Having the same problem, we have 2 computers in the office one is the workstation and that program wasn't closed down and is still working.

The host computer I back up and close down daily that's the one that is doing the same thing:

I unpluuged my modem and it opened while it was rebooting. It seems to be a problem with there connection to the repair or estimating info. Try opening with the modem off?

All,

We experienced some issues with our licensing servers that resulted in some users being unable to activate their management software. This issue has been addressed, and you should be able to open and use your software normally now. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I did a power window motor and a rear brake job waiting on hold for tech support this morning. Still didn't get through just hung up. My host pc would work not the workstation.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Mine is to thanks to the team at Mitchell.

Host keeps saying no license to activate?? I did not know we had no support on weekends?? I have had this happen b4 and tried what support did last time but still getting message. Any help out there??

If what you tried before didn't work this time, support likely needs to look into the cause. Support starts early; 5:30am PDT Monday.
