ACDelco/Nexpart Install Error

I was trying to install the nextpart ac delco catalog and I get this error. Ideas?

1. Definitely make certain Manager is closed.

2. Probably the next easiest thing to do is reboot, and install the catalog before opening Manager for the first time.

I did it but now need to know what step is next I do not see it in the list.

It should be the one there named WISE Connect. That's the typical catalog for AC Delco.
