Tax on Vehicle

Today noticed on a invoice no tax was charged on a customer vehicle that's not tax except, figured it was just not checked right, looked at and was checked to be charged sales tax, when to another work station (we have 4 here) 2 were marked not to charge tax, mine and another one were marked to charge tax. The invoice was done at the Host computer not marked for tax. So my question is if a change is made I didn't think all the work stations had to be changed? This happened on 2 invoices today. Thanks

I have same problem, regular customer for years, writing invoice system wont charge sales tax no matter how or which computer i use . i have 4 computers ,they all come up the same. this has happened 3 times so far on different customers.
