Batch payment shows $0.00 remaining

I am having a problem with the batch payment process. Let's say I have a $10.00 payment to apply. I can enter the $10.00, then apply it to a specific invoice. Sometimes, but not always, it will show $0.00 remaining. If I allow that to remain, it will actually apply a payment of $0.00 to an invoice. Again, it does not happen all the time.

We see it a lot. It has something to do with rounding in Manager. We just let the system place the zero payment.

It seems to be worse on some customers. It drives me crazy.
