No. You may need to record an exception for this EXE. Resolution may include the option to do so (make as safe, AKA don't bug me again).

That's definitely a strange pickup by Kaspersky. Thanks for reporting it though. The file is harmless; it is the uninstall for the application. However, we do use the same installer framework in a number of utilities and applications, so don't be surprised if you see several reports on the same filename.
