Since 7.3.10 update

Post by rhillig »

Since the update to 7.3.10 and the lovely Windows 10 update - we have been getting a database error message. Sometimes when we are trying to cut & paste we get a message that says the connection to the database has been lost. But if you click on continue you can move on as before.

I am also experiencing random database connection errors, sometimes we can start the program back up and we are on our way other times it requires a complete reboot.

Got a who new error the morning, I have never seen this error!

Is there any resolution or feedeback on this yet????

Error: in Explorer.EXE "The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the required operation."

Thanks,
Charles

I was having problems with my computers on the same network not wanting to talk to each other after the Windows update, along with the problems with reaching the database.

I found that the Function Discovery Resource Publication in services.msc was now set at manual & stopped. Once I reset it to automatic and started it on all the computer I can access the other computers again & so far....have not had the database issue with Mitchell.

No problem.....wouldn't it be nice if Windows would leave the settings alone when updating?? It's getting annoying spending three hours looking for solutions every time they roll our an "update"....more like break the software....

If the 'Show Categories' box is checked, each "duplicate" line is showing a different category from the same invoice. In-checking the box returns to single line Invoice display.

Awesome, thank you. I had no clue that was even there, got it fixed.
