End of Day/Shift April 2018?

Post by artadot »

I usually use "End of Day" for my reports, but there have been occasions that I need to do a "End of Shift" report. I noticed that after the update my end of shift starts back in April 2018 and not from the last end of day that was run. How do I correct that?

I believe that's in programming. Nothing users can do about that. We had the same problem with EOD and they fixed it in a recent update.

Hi Artadot,

End of Shift (EoS) and End of Day (EoD) weren't really meant to be mixed. EoS will always record and run from the last time you ran it. The idea being that if you consistently run EoS, you never have to worry about the start period. I know we've covered the recent change to EoD, in that it always defaults to the current day.

The short answer is there's not really a way to mix usage of the two functions.
