Backup Sync Issues

I installed a new host and I have worked with tech support on the back-up sync issue and we have addressed the issue a few times. I know you have had issues on your end but now I am getting a server busy error now and a credential error issue any help would be appreciated. I hate to keep bugging tech support maybe someone else has had this issue
