WHEN ACCESSING HISTORY FROM SOFTWARE, WHY AM I HAVING TO INPUT MILEAGE ONTO THE INVOICE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN FINALIZED AND CLOSED . THIS WILL CAUSE ISSUES WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AND PROPER RECORD KEEPING FOR WARRANTY ISSUES.

This doesn't sound normal to me. I have never had to reenter mileage. Can you tell us how you are pulling up the history?

Have you updated to the current version? This was happening to a few of us. They have since corrected this in an update.
