purge estimates not working

Good afternoon. I searched before adding this thread., but it was locked. I cannot purge estimates and haven't been able to in some time. I write a good number of estimates daily, currently need to delete 100+. Version 8.0.3 Error screenshot attached.

Thank you for posting on the forum; this type of issue is beyond the scope here and it needs to be addressed by tech support directly.

You can also try to address this yourself if so inclined. The error is saying you used ProSpect to transfer a canned job to an estimate, but never opened the estimate to process it. Given they time frame, I'd say you're looking for an estimate in late March with a DVI. Just open that one, process the pending CJ, remove the MPI and then you should be able to purge.
