Price check error

Post by brianp87 »

I have been getting this error since mid day yesterday from all vendors when doing a price check or availability check. Spent an hour and a half with support with no luck. Any ideas?

I have never seen that error. You say you spent time with support. What did they say? I wouldn't think they would just leave this unresolved. :?:

This sounds stupid, and I am sure IT looked. BUT......check the time/date on your computer. A year or so ago we had a super crazy weird thing like this happen and it was because my computers time was off like 5 minutes.

Hi Brian,

This error does seem unusual but at least it is telling us something happened regarding 'time' as previously suggested. I reviewed the notes on your account and see some troubleshooting steps were performed including syncing the internet date/time. I suspect something more involved (like a database value) would cause this type of error especially since it is referencing LastChangeDate (column name in the database). I've tried calling you but the line seems to be tied up. I've informed our T2s and T1s agents that you may be calling back in (my suggestion at this point) for additional troubleshooting procedures. Worst case, we'll need to bring in a copy of your database to determine the cause and fix.

Hope this helps!

They got it all squared away. I am not sure what was the issue but it is resolved. I appreciate the help more than you know!
