We're running Shopkey Pro SE with one dedicated Shopkey server, three workstation clients, and three other clients with Shop Management SE Viewer only.
When a client running Shop Management SE Viewer adds notes to an RO, it properly displays the notes for all users, but when we go to print preview or print the RO, none of the notes added by the Shop Management SE Viewer clients will print.
Any ideas?

This is by design. The logic for the Notes created thru the SE Viewer (which was originally created for scan tools) is that those entries were created by techs for internal reference only. Here is some additional information:
NOTE 1. If you turn off 'Print on Order' (Notes window checkbox), the SE Viewer Notes WILL appear on the invoice.
NOTE 2: If you'd rather keep 'Print on Order' active for regular Notes - do this instead: 1) copy SE Viewer Note content and close it. Then 2) click on the regular Notes icon and paste the content into it to appear (as long as Print on Order checkbox is still checked).
