Reports - Business Summary -> 'To' time must be greater than

Greetings!

We are unable to print the days Business Summary and are receiving the message "'To' time must be greater than or equal to the 'From' time".

In the past we have been able to select the "From" date as say, 1/21/20 and the "To" date as 1/21/20 and the report will print for the day.

Is there a configuration setting which is now limiting selecting a single day?

I just tested it here using the very days you have as an example and it prints fine. Are you sure the 'to' time isn't set to a different year? I've been called out on that one before. :oops:

I tested mine, one thing I do see different is my date shows 1/21/2020 where yours shows 1/21/20. Mine worked ok.

I just changed the date format and closed and reopened Shopkey on both the host and workstation with the same result. This is driving me bonkers!

Two things to check:

1. The time and date on the computer. Make sure those as accurate, or correct if needed.

2. You will likely want to go through the tabs (where you fixed the date format) for time, date, numeric values and reset on each.

I am inclined to believe the issue is still relating to one of those formats or values. Of course, if you cannot ultimately find a solution, Tech Support is usually pretty quick to address these.
