Customer Flag Comment not working from Schedule

Customer Flag Comment not working from Schedule
Just noticed that the Customer Flag Comment does not pop-up when scheduling an appointment. However, the Customer Flag Comment does work when you click New then enter the Customer/Company from the WIP. Shouldn't the flag pop-up either way since a customer that phones in to schedule an appointment is scheduled via the schedule? Shouldn't it pop-up in both scenarios?

Hi Dan, what version of SE are you running? This is something that was added for our 8.4.x version. If you're on version 8.3.x or lower please feel free to update. The update is located on m1files.com

Yep, that would explain it. It was added in the latest version of 8.4.0.85.
