Shop Management Crash

Post by GUTHTIRE »

I was searching the PO's for some parts that needed to be returned and stumbled upon a crash. Seems to be consistent.

Click P.O.s -> Search - > click the ALL radio button -> enter a Part No. that's not going to be found in your system (obviously I didn't start by searching bogus P/N's) -> Search. I dialog box will be displayed "No records found which match the criteria". Then click OK. Click the Search button again like you're going to search for the next p/n and Shop Management crashes.

Tried another client & we could not re-create the issue. Called Tech Support, no resolution to-date but appears to be PC related.
