Since Since v 8.5.1.419 it appears that texting from within a RO has changed. While we haven't isolated every nuance as to what changed but we do know that sometimes your "canned" list (prior to v 8.5.1.419) of text responses shows up and sometimes they don't.
As an example, the customer's vehicle has been completed. You call the customer and leave a VM. Prior to v 8.5.1.419 you could text the customer with a canned text msg similar to "Hello <customer name>, we left you VM as well. You vehicle is all set & ready to go. We do close @ 5PM. Should you need need to contact us please call (nnn) nnn-nnnn."
Post v 8.5.1.419 your options to text are **Blank Message** & Invoice Share (default).
We need the old text "canned" msgs back the way they were or in addition to Invoice Share (default).

With 8.5.1.419, you are now able to text invoices which means we needed to split out the templates we had before under EST/RO/INV to EST/RO and INV for another. From what it sounds you were on an Invoice phase which means you'll need to create canned/templated Texts for Invoice.
