Error when looking up parts or estimate time

I am getting an error when I try the estimator or parts look up on an RO or revision only on 1 work station. The warning is "Unable to launch repair intent: Could not load file or assembly CelSharp.Core.Runtime.dll or one of its dependencies. The specific module could not be founnd".

I've seen this before and it is reportedly an easy fix. Call support and they will fix you up.
