When selecting individual reports and marking them as "favorite" they are starred accordingly and also show properly in the Favorite Reports tab. After some duration, not sure how long, the starred reports "magically" are un-starred and automatically removed from the Favorite Reports tab.

I've used Favorite Reports since it's inception. Neve once have I ever seen them reset. Contact support.
