ePartConnection "No Internet Connection, or remote server failed to respond"

Post by IsaacsGarage »

Anyone else not able to connect to ePartConnection? I have restarted the program but can't connect and yes we have internet connection! It is only with TeamWorks SE updated to the latest ending in 3357. Ordering through browser is fine.

I'm been informed that it's time to move over to the ePart Connection v2.0 catalog:
.
1. Configurations > Special Maintenance > Toggle Catalog Availability - turn on ePart v2.0 button, click Save.

2. Configurations > Vendor Setup - Find your existing ePart vendor record. Click on Edit then Setup Link - choose 'Setup ePartConnection V2.o Link

3. Enter your credentials and click OK. If the credentials don't work please contact supplier as directed.
