Since the last update to 9.2 (could have been happening with 9.1 but only was on 9.1 for a couple weeks ) if we try to change vehicles on a order we get an error "invalid operation exception" . Here are the details of the error if they help.

Re: Switching vehicle on order
This is being addressed currently with a release in the near future.
For now, best practice is to make certain the vehicle is correct BEFORE adding anything on the Order screen.
It is also possible a Manager SE restart could clear the issue.

Thank you for the quick response.
Re: Switching vehicle on order
Been having same issue since update. If a new customer makes an appointment and you have only partial info of vehicle, Making the order through the appointmenbt screen. filling out the vehicle screen, it asks as usual if your are changing vehicles "yes" and then it just stays on the vehicle screen. The only way to exit is clicking no. Removing that order and starting a new order, then the vehicle that you just imported to the customer is in his list and you can continue as usual. Restarting did not fix

Are you updated to 9.2.0.4602? When we did that update it fixed that issue

Re: Switching vehicle on order
I've noticed this issue as well since the last update, a quick restart of Manager works, You can hit F6 and add the vehicle to the customer and then when you open from the scheduler you will be able to change vehicle too. Just a minor hiccup in the last update. Using the schedule through prospect is a worse problem and I wouldn't even try it.
