Social CRM has a new website I think you'll like.....
NEW FEATURE: New Reporting Dashboard Available!
You now have access to a new reporting dashboard that will provide SocialCRM program information and detailed information on communications sent to specific consumers! By selecting "Find Customer" from the main gold menu bar and typing a customer’s name you'll be able to see items such as their currently active email address, active/inactive vehicles, consumer reviews, and all communications they've received.
Login at http://www.M1SocialCRM.com using your current Mitchell 1 credentials, or contact your SocialCRM support agent for help.
