KPI Report Frequency

I used to be able to change the date range for the key performance indicator reports. With the current changes I cannot figure out how to do this.

You can choose the date range by clicking here and choosing from he dropdown.

That's the way I used to check now the new one does not have that.

You"re using the new Dashboard. I have not found a date range there, only the old portal has it.

6.5.48 Mine says Crm were it used to say bps

Ah. I'm on 6.5.47. I heard they were going to link directly to the new dashboard at some point.

Dang. I wish It would have kept that option. If the month ends on a Saturday then you cannot go back and look at last months.

NO I have not gotten any emails. Hmmm I didn't know I was supposed to. Also I think my old crm rep is no longer around I liked her.

Under report options, you can set up a monthly email that will provide you the previous months figures.

It did work. Thank you. Now to figure out why I have not been seeing the emails when I had it set up to.
