CRM Email Notification

It would be nice to get some sort of notification when a functioning email within the CRM program stops working. This can occur when the customer changes their email address and forgets to notify everyone. This has happened to me several times and I usually find out when browsing the CRM site. One of my top customers stopped getting my solicitations over a year ago and I had no idea. They may not have realized it either. Some sort of alert would be really helpful.

Although not as convenient as your suggestion - your support agent can send you a report of all the unsubscribed emails.

Thanks, Brian. That's exactly what we are doing now. I little bit clunky, but it gets the job done.
