I have emailed them a few times on this matter with no help. Its not pressing but it has been an ongoing thing. I do not show up in the listing under the Sure Critic search.

OH! Are you literally typing in "Find: car dealerships, repair shops, etc.?" Because I didn't do that. I tried with that just default (no search term) and , (like a consumer) I also tried just "repair" and "auto repair" as a search term, and you're #1 that way.

Also, your Google results look really good too.

I was leaving it blank I guess I did not realize that. I just figured it would show all of them if it was blank.

Yeah, strange, because my first screen shot was leaving it blank, but my text appears ghosted, where yours appears like it's actually typed in. Might be your browser is autocompleting an old entry. But speaking from the consumer side, I'd say your listings look good.

Silky, mine is also "ghosted" like yours is, this text was auto filled by the web page. It also auto filled "big rapids Mi" and is in dark print. We came up on top.

Mine is still not showing up?

Even if I leave it blank no auto repair in the spot.

all i did was googled "surecritic", opened up site, cleared the "big Rapids MI" out of the search and entered "Cottonwood" it auto found AZ and i hit search.

Not that I wanna brag...but ya'll notice I have used search and succeeded??

Yeah, it's strange you're getting such different results. I checked again, and if I search for "auto repair" (without the quotes) in Cottonwood, AZ 86236 (including the zip, like you did) — you've got the top listing still. Did you ever try clearing all your browser cache and form data (can lose auto-filled fields for other sites)?

Bizarre. I guess if it is working for everyone else I wont worry. The reason I looked is I haven't gotten a review in quite some time and thought I better check. Thanks for all the help.

You will soon. I hadn't gotten review in a week to a week and a half. Four popped up yesterday.

I see the problem. You've zoomed on the map and left yourself out. The zoom controls what businesses you see. If you zoom out, you'll likely regain your visibility.

Interesting. Even if I zoom way out it doesn't show up for me. I guess as long as everyone else sees it then I'm ok.
