Duplicate Billing

Mitchell recently changed some product codes for CRM that erroneously created new bills for some users in the September billing cycle. The new bill has ONLY the CRM product on it, not your usual list. From what I'm told you can disregard this duplicate bill as the costs haven't changed and it's out of cycle. In my case I had already sent the payment. The new code will appear on your October bill and the normal cycle should return.
