Vehicle ID on reminder emails???

Vehicle ID on reminder emails???

I just received an email for my personal vehicle from our shop, reminding me to make an appointment for service. I wan't sure which car so I looked that email over and could not find what car it pertained to anywhere. I did not click on "remove the vehicle" to find out which one it was. That might not have told me either. Am I missing something or is there no vehicle ID on those emails (and probably the post cards)???
