One of our customers brought in a "ServiceReminder" e-mail sent from Mitchell1 and our shop needs to change some of the information on these reminders. How do we go about making the needed changes?

You would contact your assigned eCRM agent. He would make those changes for you.

Didn't realize that service appointment reminders were apart of the CRM could you possibly get me a contact number to crm rep that could help us get more use out of this feature?
