Mitchell 1 SocialCRM Product Launch

New Product Functionality
We are excited to announce our latest eCRM/CRM product update. The first thing you'll notice is that we changed the product name to Mitchell 1 SocialCRM. This increase in functionality comes with new features such as Consumer Reviews, and a shop Facebook page with regular updates to your page content. Although the existing eCRM product level is still available, generally speaking the product line will be referred to as b]Mitchell 1 SocialCRM[/b].
Free Trial for Existing Customers
For existing Mitchell 1 eCRM/CRM customers, we are providing a free-trial of the Consumer Review feature. During the July/August trial period, the Thank-You emails normally sent after each customer visit will include a Consumer Review link. Reviews posted to the shop's review page can be responded to and the shop will automatically receive notification if the consumer rates them 3 stars or lower.
