Got two things confused here. It's not mgmt software versions, it's the presence of dll files installed for CRM that cause this to appear within 5.9 or now 6.4 screens.

I believe all you need to do is have a quick conversation to confirm with your CRM agent that you're using 6.4 now. Diff software, diff dll files.
