DATE Recommendation Is Made

We were wondering if the wording for the Recommendation letters can be changed- It is part of the mail merge program so we are unable to change it ourselves.
The beginning of the letter says:

We have recommended the following repairs for your (Customer's Vehicle)
Recommendation made on: 3/4/2014
A/C Compressor (or other recommend)

So the problem we have with this is the second line--- the vehicle we never here on 3/4/2014 so the recommendation could never be made on that date- the vehicle was actually here last summer/fall. So the wording needs to be changed so it says made for, or something else.. the date that gets populated in is the date that we want to send out the letters & not the date we first saw the vehicle & made the recommend .. confusing for our customers. So a change in wording would be a huge help. Thanks.. ARS

Trust me this is the same issue identified.

Drop the file [link below] into C:\Program Files (x86)\M1-SK\Teamworks\Manager\Reports and take it for a spin. Open to suggestions.
