Follow Up Recomendation Reports - No Vehicle on Report
We are just starting to use the follow up recommendation reports. One problem I am having is that our customers have multiple vehicles and when the recommendation report letter is printed it tells all of the recommendations, but it does not tell the customer what vehicle needs these recommendations. Am I missing something. I don't want to send these letters out and then have the customers call back wondering what vehicle needs what. Thanks Mike

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question. Yes, you can most certainly include the vehicle data so that the customer knows which one is being discussed.
Check Configurations - Reports/Printers -> Followup to see which letter template is selected; it is probably w/o vehicle if it is not being displayed. change to w/ vehicle option.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. This is exactly what I was looking for. I was on the phone for one hour with tech support and he told me I had to add the vehicle by hand to the letter. Thanks Mike
