Follow Up Letter- No Recommendations Showing?

I've been attempting to come up with some follow up letters to investigate sending out some letters or emails, however anytime I try to print the follow up report, it does not list any of the vehicle recommendations. I can search under the recommendations tab for the past several months under "any" catagory and it will pull up hundreds of vehicles, however no recommendation is printed. The check box is selected that says "print recommendation text." What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for posting.

You say you can see many Recommendations from working up a list thru Reports; Followup - Recommendations tab; and the include Recommendations text box is checked. When you say "Followup Report" that is throwing me off. When you click on the PRINT button, there are three options: 1) Letters , 2) Customer List or 3) Labels. The only way to see the Recommendations text is to select 1) Print Letters. I suspect you may have clicked option #2 which provides a repair summary with no Recommendations text.

"When you click on the PRINT button, there are three options: 1) Letters , 2) Customer List or 3) Labels." I clicked on Option 1, letters. It then prints to screen a letter for each customer. The letter will list the vehicle and license plate number, then there will be no recommendations listed. Then in the letter body it says something along the lines of... "If you have not yet had these recommendations performed, we would like to offer a 10% discount during the month of..." or something like that.

So it seems like it's printing the letter that should have recommendations, but they're just not appearing anywhere in the letter.

It sounds like you are doing everything right; it may take tech support to figure this out.
