Allow Techs To View Pay Hours Only?

It would make it easier for our staff to allow techs to view the weeks hours as they go without allowing access to "all" reports. Is this possible?

Current software only allows for all or nothing security for reports. Users have expressed a desire to do what you propose in the past, so I'm betting that we'll see a change in the future.

What are the technicians doing in the management software that they require access? They have tech worksheets that detail what they are supposed to do.

Our techs are paid on bonus plan and it is much more accurate to look up hours than to keep track of tech worksheets. In a perfect world it should work fine with just worksheets but we know how that goes, one missing sheet or customer has not picked up yet. Thanks for the replies.

My guys are paid hourly with a bonus for billed hours. They don't have access to reports. If anyone questions the data, I print the report for them. I've never had anyone ask, however.
