Email Posted Invoices?

There needs to be an email option when viewing posted invoices. Currently, when a customer requests a copy of an invoice that has already been posted, I have to unpost it, then email it, then post it again. I've also encountered odometer discrepancy issues when having to unpost an invoice (for emails or any other corrections) and other invoices have been posted with a later date/mileage.

If you don't already have an email button at the bottom of your posted Invoice, you can email them this way. Open the order so it is on your screen. Take your pointer up to the top left where it says File, and click on email.

I don't know what version you are on, but the latest version has an email button right on the window for you.
