Print Existing Customers To 5160 Labels?
I would like to know if there is a way to transfer customer name and address to an Avery label 5160. I found that I can create a label but I cannot figure out the format. I see where you can print Vendor list on an Avery 5160 but not customers. Can someone help?

I did exactly this and after clicking ok, nothing happened. I just need a customer list with addresses!

This is merely the selection of the TYPE of label to use. To create a list for a label run, do the following:
1. Go to Reports - select the Followup tab
2. Select any letter or postcard entry to gain access to the Followup tabs 3. In Followup - History tab set the date range for total time you've been in business (assuming you want everyone)
NOTE: Make sure the Selection Method = 'Select by Customer for specific date range' (probably is)
4. Click Search to build your list OPTIONAL: Click the customer tab and check the box for 'Add Customers without Vehicles'. (if you have such names and want to include them too)
5.Click on Print 6. With 'Print Labels' selected - click on Print. 7. This should put the beginning of your labels on the screen in a preview. Review to confirm this is the way you want it. You have the option of clicking the printer icon if ready to print OR click the export icon to save the list data as CSV file for Excel (both options are in the upper LH corner of the preview window).

On the last screen after i check the box to include all customers with no vehicles, there is NO print button. Just ADD, CLEAR and EXIT ???

If you do elect to add customers with no vehicles, then change from the customer tab to the view list tab; there's your print button.
