Order Summary By Tech - Factoring Discounts?

I pay my technicians by a percentage of total job ticket that they complete. The order by summary report will show me the total that they did in a week but it does not include any discounts that were taken off in order to sell the job. My guys understand that we will have to discount a job from time to time in order to sell a job and are not expecting to get paid for money that the shop did not take in. I need a report that shows me actual numbers that they completed.
