Canned Job Usage Report

Currently the canned job usage report allows me to select either all or just one canned job. I would like to be able to select various canned jobs and have it print on one report.

Each shop is going to have unique canned job entries; rather difficult to anticipate that. How about a category filter?

I didn't take that into consideration, I can see how it would be difficult. It isn't a big deal, I just thought it would be great if I could print just the canned jobs that I need to track. I track how many oil changes, e-test etc that we do each month to enter into a business summary.

Curious to know how many canned jobs you have total and how many that you have regular sales on?

Way too many, haha. We have all the default canned jobs plus the ones that we have added. I looked at the canned jobs report in Management and there was 10 pages of them, I also did a canned job usage for Jan and there was 2 pages of them, I guess that is kind of a vague answer. Oil changes, emission testing and tranny overhaul are frequently used. We have are a repair shop, tranny rebuilder and used car lot so we have added a few canned jobs to fit all aspects of the business. I track oil changes and emission tests to watch for fluctuations.

Just took the time to look into that further, we have approximately 350 canned jobs, in the past 12 months we used approximately 160 of them.
