I recently wrote an app to help us with history lookups. In short, the app (or query) is run, looks up the most recent RO's history based on labor descriptions and/or a canned job, and then returns the results to a Google Sheet. It could be also setup to output to CSV for Excel use. Our techs use it for history lookups instead of clicking through each ticket or searching by keyword.
