Is there a report that I can run to see actual revenue by tech? Everything I find is hours based, but I would like to track labor and parts dollars sold per tech.
Thanks,
Technician Revenue?

Re: technician revenue
The Tech Commission report shows labor and dollars billed by tech, even if you haven't set any commissions up. Nothing I've seen shows parts. Even Bolt-On has nothing in this regard.

Re: technician revenue
I think with bolt-on, they do have a customer commission report, but if I was understanding it correctly, even when its set to 100% commission, its only on the profit. So its never a true value or revenue.
Re: Technician Revenue?
Under the management tab in reports, select the "order summary by technician" report. Select the tech and the date range and it will give you a report of all the individual repair order parts, labor and sublet totals that each tech and SA is responsible for. I will export this to an excel file and then you can select all of the rows of the individual orders, delete or hide them and leave the totals for each tech and SA. I do this on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to track what each tech is responsible for in parts and labor. Great way to compare one tech to another.
