We send out a net promoter score email after the RO is closed. We are currently looking up the email manually. How can I generate a report of customers that have been in in the last week that would include their email address? The only report I can find that includes emails is a report that generates the entire database email list.

The Customer Email report is cumulative so the shop sees where they have/lack email addresses altogether. Since you want to get specific about a date range I would suggest the Export Data open in the Knowledgebase article to filter by last In Date or similar: https://kb.mitchell1.com/articles/id-321

If you're running Bolt-On, they have a report of customers last in with emails.
