SE Driver Information On Documents?

As a Fleet Company, I am loving the individual driver screen. I am now able to assign a truck to the drivers contact information instead of having to call the main office number. We have many companies where a driver is assigned a certain unit number consistently and that is the only truck he drives. I'm also able to use it for my sales vehicles and show who drives which car without having to tie up the memo box.

I agree. LOVE the driver feature. Can't wait for the day that the driver info pops up with the other numbers on the RO when there is one entered. But this feature is used almost daily here.

I would love to get a consensus from as many users I can as to where I place it on the printouts...

Johnny5, on the Invoice would be nice, i did answer the survey.

But for me the most helpful place for driver info is to have it actually show up on my monitor. I know that the screen is already full of great info. But i would love to have a box next to the driver info (or maybe auto add if driver data entered). We can click a box next to Office, Fax, Home, Cell..... maybe a have driver info show up with the other number/s on the computer screen? After I call and let the driver know his ride is ready, and the invoice printed, the number isn't all that important to me as it is easier to look in the system.

Apologizes Tim. When I read your poll I pulled open a RO that did not have a plate or unit number. Until I did pull one up with said info I see where your talking. At that point all i had to look at was a printed invoice (which happen to have both LP and unit #).

My vote remains the top line on your poll.

Doctor Pepper will be shipped with Maple Syrup soon.
