Shop email on invoices/estimates

Is it possible to have our shop email and cell number included in the header on estimates & invoices?

You can play with the shop data 1 and 2 to get what you would like.

Thanks, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's printing. The email doesn't print. I've put both bits of info in the 'slogan' area to get them to appear in the header. It would be nice if the fax number didn't print if there is no data there.

+1 on getting rid of fax on the invoice if no fax # is provided...

Fax # is dynamic; if Fax # field is 100% empty, it will not print. (If you left the area code in there, it's not 100% empty)

That is how it works; here are two samples to demonstrate:

1. I would suggest backspacing through the field to make sure nothing is there.
2. If that doesn't fix it, we need to know which template is being used. There are different EST / RO / INV templates that users select; please share the menu title of the template where you are seeing this occur.

We have www.chuckandmeredys.com entered and it shows up on all of the estimates, printed ROs and invoices

plus any and all of my daily reports, so it seems universal.

We only made this change for customer documents, not any of your internal reports. What version of SE are you running?

I do see it (FAX - - ) for the EST and RO templates specified but the INV looks fine. The INV has a date near the bottom RH corner of 3/7/17. The EST is dated 4/06/16 and the RO is dated 8/20/16 so they haven't been touched recently. I will make an inquiry.

My invoice says invhrs 12.15.15d. That's considerably a different number than yours. It was the only selection that gave me what I wanted.
(Plus I ran the invoice rounding fix and the remove customer number.)

It seems that there was a change in how the Fax field data was expressed and that broke the formula in the code. We will make every effort to update any templates that exhibit this in the near future.
